     It is the mission of the ownership and staff at BoardTronics Inc. and our local service partners to consistently provide the very best repair and reconditioning services available to the golf course irrigation control industry. We have built our business around good, "old fashion service." We have utilized the best technology, the best people, and specialized only in golf controls, in order to provide a pleasurable service experience for our clients.
     Before our emergence into the marketplace, we researched the needs of our future clients that weren’t presently being fulfilled. Consistently, six main concerns continued to arise; 1) excessive turnaround time for repair completion, 2) comebacks, component wouldn’t operate correctly upon return, 3) cosmetics, the component was dirty or not professionally returned, 4) preventative maintenance and adjustments/calibration, the components were only having the immediately failed part replaced, 5) availability, the golf course superintendent wanted a choice, 6) totaled equipment, far too many non-repairable components.
     The BoardTronics Inc. solution, though simple, was revolutionary in the industry, Henry Ford called it the assembly line. We found by automating and "reconditioning" components for our clients, we greatly improved our repair quality and turnaround time utilizing specialized labor for each process. This would provide preventative maintenance/calibration and other valuable service opportunities. All of us at BoardTronics Inc. strive to provide the best service available, there is a difference!
