General Provisions of Warranty

This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may have other rights, which vary from state to state.

BoardTronics Inc. warrants to the owner of each repair, remanufacture, reconditioning or installation provided by BoardTronics Inc., to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of one year. Failures due to acts of God; including but not limited to lightning strike (direct or indirect), flooding, earthquakes or land shifts, and contamination; including but not limited to water, moisture, condensation, bug or other pest infestation, and electrical power surge or brown out are not covered under this warranty.

BoardTronics Inc. will not be held liable for the failure of products manufactured by its suppliers, even though said products may be sold or utilized in conjunction with BoardTronics Inc. products and services.

During the warranty period, BoardTronics Inc. will repair or replace, at its option, any part found to be defective. BoardTronics Inc.’s liability is limited solely to the replacement or repair of the defective workmanship. All other express and implied warranties are specifically disclaimed.

This warranty does not apply where products are used, or installation is performed, in any manner contrary to the product manufacturer’s most current specifications and instructions, nor where products have been altered or modified. Additionally, this warranty does not apply to products installed where the power supply, neutral, common field wiring and adequate grounding is not installed or maintained in accordance to the manufacturer’s most current specifications.

BoardTronics Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages in connection with the use of its products, equipment, repairs, reconditioning, or re-manufacturing including but not limited to vegetation loss, the cost of substitute equipment or products or services required during periods of malfunction or resulting non use, and property damage.

All implied warranties, including those of merchantability and fitness for use, are limited to the duration of this warranty.

All transportation charges incurred, as a result of warranty consideration will be the sole responsibility of the owner.
