PAR 16/24: How do I set the Satellite Address on my Timing Mechanism?
LESSON SUMMARY: This lesson is designed to assist the user in setting their satellite address on a Rain Bird® Timing Mechanism for PAR 16/24 so the Timing Mechanism can communicate with the central computer. If you are not operating a central, you will not need to set a satellite address.
Special Tools Needed: None
⚠️ CAUTION: 110V & 220V VOLTAGE SHOULD ONLY BE TESTED BY A PROFESSIONAL.
🛑 STOP: ALWAYS TURN OFF THE POWER TO THE SATELLITE BEFORE REMOVING OR INSTALLING COMPONENTS.
*This lesson applies to Rain Bird® Timing Mechanisms for PAR 16/24.
From the “Clock Status” screen, press the “System Information” button, located in the lower right hand corner of the keypad, four times.
Use the up and down arrows to adjust the Satellite Address (Satellite ID).
When the desired address is set, press “Clock Status.”
