ISSUE:

A single station is not turning on or is stuck on

If a single station in your Network LTC® Plus system is not turning on or is stuck on, begin troubleshooting the problem by checking the condition of a couple key connection points:

  • Check for debris or corrosion in the connection between the Power Distribution Board and the corresponding 8-Station Output Board, as well as the output contacts and wiring at the black output connecter. If there is corrosion, the 8-Station Output Board is likely faulty and should be repaired or replaced.
  • Verify that there is a good connection (free of corrosion and debris) between the 8-station Output Board and the 16-Station Switch & Surge Board.
  • If everything checks out, the problem may be related to the Timing Mechanism or Power Distribution Board. Check this by swapping these components with known operational units from another satellite.
