Set address switches

Below is a guide on how to properly set your address dip switches on the Receiver/Decoder Module in your Toro® OSMAC® RDR cabinet:

  • Address numbers range from 1 to 255. You can set your address dip switches based on your address number using the graphic below. When a switch is in the ON position, it represents a numeric value, as shown in the graphic (the first switch represents 128, the sixth switch represents 4, etc.). When a switch is in the OFF position, it represents 0. You must set your address switches in such a way that the sum of the numeric values of all the ON switches equals your address number.
  • For example, if your address number is 91, you would set switch 2, 4, 5, 7, and 8 to the ON position because 1 + 2 + 8 + 16 + 64 = 91.
