LTC+/LTC 2.0 ISSUE: single station not coming on or stuck on

To power down a LTC system, flip the black circuit breaker on the power supply inside the cabinet to the "Off" position.

  • Check for debris or corrosion in the connection between the distribution board and the output board, as well as the output contacts and wiring at the black output connecter. If there is corrosion, the output board is likely faulty and should be sent in for reconditioning. Create a UPS Shipping Label HERE.
  • For a 4-station output board, check to see if the output board switches can easily be changed and work in all three positions (On, Off, and Auto). If there are issues here, the output board should be sent in for reconditioning. Create a UPS Shipping Label HERE.
  • For an 8-station output board, verify that there is a good connection, free of corrosion and debris, between the 8-station output board and the switch and surge board.
  • If the output board checks out, the problem may be related to the faceplate or distribution board. Check this by swapping the output board with a known working operational output board.
