NETWORK 8000 ISSUE: pump not turning on

To power down a Network 8000 cabinet, remove one of the two main fuses located towards the bottom inside of the cabinet.


  • Check that the light on the pump card is turned on.
  • Swap the pump card with a known working one.
  • Check for corrosion on the 9-pin connector as well as the solder connector pads on the bottom are free of corrosion.
